Princess Garnet is still probably one of my fave FF female characters. Most of it is nostalgia for sure, but at the time when FF IX came out, she impressed me as a fun, ambitious, and brave protagonist in a world where the ladies were usually damsel fodder or simple love interests.

I’ve never played a Ys game. For shame! I love the music however, so sweeping and amazing and full of passion! Someday I’ll sit down and blow through a couple of the classics. For now, here is a sketch card of Adol Christina from Ys III Wanderers!

There were a LOT of Link requests for sketch card rewards. A LOT of Link. I mostly stuck to the SNES version Link to the Past design, but occasionally shook it up and pulled a different generation of our favorite green-clad hero!

Fire Pokemon are probably the worst battle-type in the game…SO many weaknesses, especially dual-types…but MAN do they always look AWESOME!
