Since I think you’re all so sweet, here’s the eternal thorn in Sonic’s side, Amy Rose!

Sketch Card – Blaziken

Fire Pokemon are probably the worst battle-type in the game…SO many weaknesses, especially dual-types…but MAN do they always look AWESOME!

Sketch Card – Super Fighting Robot

One of the best shows at MAGFest every year are The Megas! I threw this sketch card together shortly after their concert! Classic Mega Man!

Sketch Card – Marle

The damsel in distress who then turns around and becomes a leader in the games darkest hour, Chrono Trigger’s Marle has long been one of my favorite female characters in gaming. Sure she’s bossy and mischeveous, but cute and a powerful mage in gameplay!

Sketch Card – Robotnick

Seeing how I’m still working off of a MAGFest high, here’s another classic video game sketch card: Dr. Robotnick! Called Eggman in Japan, it took almost a decade for that name to make it’s way to the States versions of the games. My very first video game was Sonic The Hedgehog back in 1991 when I was six years old! It’s stuck with me ever since!

Sketch Card – Kupo!

First sketch card I did for 2014, on the road at MAGFest! A classic Moogle, I’ll do a lot more of these little guys as their designs have changed a lot over the years, such variety!

Sketch Card – Tri-Headed

Technically this is not a sketch card, but a commissioned full illustration from GraniteCon 2013. I posted it with my convention report, but it hasn’t gotten it’s own full post yet into my art archive, so…in lieu of a sketch card today, here’s the three forms of Bahamut from FF VII!

Sketch Card – Demon King

About the time The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD was coming out, I was attending Granite Con in Manchester, NH. Clearly the game influenced a few of my sketch cards that weekend! Always loved the design of Gannondorf in that game!
